TAN Appraisal Services, Inc. is located in Wickenburg, Arizona and was founded in 1997. We currently have two appraisers in our office. Tadd Nixon, the owner has been appraising since 1988, and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. Tom Pollei has been appraising real estate since 2000 and is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser with FHA approval.
Our coverage area includes Yavapai and Maricopa Counties. In Yavapai County we cover Congress, Yarnell & Peeples Valley.
