Welcome to our home page. TAN Appraisal Services, Inc. is located in Wickenburg, Arizona and was founded in 1997. We currently have two appraisers in our office with a combined 31 years of appraisal experience. Tadd Nixon, the owner has 21 years experience and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. Tom Pollei has 10 years experience and is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser with FHA approval.
Our coverage area includes Yavapai and Maricopa Counties. In Yavapai County we cover Congress, Yarnell & Peeples Valley.
